Yes, you can. Below is a list of live agent and brokerage websites built with MLS Import, labeled by MLS and by WordPress theme. Open them on your phone. Run a search. Click a listing. Then test the plugin on your own site with the 30-day free trial, using your own MLS feed and your own theme.
One honest note first. These are client sites, not ours. Owners change themes, hosts and plugins whenever they like. So this page also shows you how to check any site yourself in about two minutes. A fellow agent asked us the same thing you are asking: "Can you show me an example of an IDX search fully functioning now on another website so I know what to expect?" This page is our answer.
66 client sites, each labeled with its MLS board and WordPress theme, covering 31 MLS boards. Eight of them are written up on our own pages. For the rest, the board is the one the site's MLS Import account is connected to, and the theme is read from the site's page source in October 2026.

The showcase page was first published on January 11, 2024 and last updated on August 8, 2026. The MakeAustinHome story was first published in 2020 and updated on August 19, 2026. That site had over 10,000 listings and over 30 photos per property when we wrote it up.
Here is what we saw when we opened each site again in October 2026. Be aware that a quick look from the outside cannot prove which plugin a site runs today.
a WordPress site with city pages on its own domain, like /city/austin/, showing 15,896 listings for Austin.
a WordPress site with listing pages on its own domain, like /property/17024-sw-38th-st-miramar-fl-33027/.
a WordPress site. The home page shows a photo gallery. We did not see a listing search on the home page that day.
loads, but we could not see listings or the theme name from the outside.
would not open for us that day (a server error, a blocked request, and a domain that did not answer). A site can be down for a day, or it can be gone.
looks like it was rebuilt on a platform that is not WordPress. Its photos still come from the Miami MLS photo server.
Our home page also names six more client sites (Cabo Properties, Statewide of Houghton, Nirvana Miami, Legacy Home Realtors, UnaRealty and Adonait) without an MLS or theme label. Use the checks further down this page on any of them.
📌 Sites change. A client can switch themes or plugins at any time and we do not always hear about it. Check the page yourself before you take our word for it. If a site in the table has moved on, tell us and we will fix the list.
Five demo sites show MLS Import running on each theme, and two of them show real listings from Stellar MLS in Florida. The other demos use sample listings from a test data source. So if you are on Stellar MLS, you can see your own feed before you sign up. Everyone else sees Florida data or sample data, which is why the free trial matters.
Theme Standalone mode (works on any theme)
Where the listings come from Stellar MLS. The footer says listings update every hour.
Theme WpResidence
Where the listings come from Stellar MLS. The page says "The data is imported from Stellar MLS in Florida."
Theme Houzez
Where the listings come from A test data source, and only a few listings.
Theme RealHomes
Where the listings come from "Sample data imported from a testing MLS source."
Theme WpEstate
Where the listings come from Not stated on the demo.
There is one more. The WpResidence theme team runs orlando.wpresidence.net, titled "A demo with MLS listings powered by mlsimport.com," with listings provided by Stellar MLS.
The demos are listed on Real Estate Themes that work with MLS Import and on Compatible Themes. Note the demos with a few sample listings are there to show the layout, not the size of a feed.
Check what your buyers will see and what Google will see. Five quick checks take about five minutes per site:
Is the listing on their own domain? Click a listing. The address bar should still show the agent's domain, like wyserhomes.com/property/... If it jumps to a subdomain or the listing sits inside a frame, that is a different kind of IDX. Fellow agents put it bluntly: "No sneaky subdomains or iframes." See MLS iframe search vs custom IDX.
Do the city pages work? Open a city page, like makeaustinhome.info/city/austin/. A real feed shows a real count. See which plugin auto-generates neighborhood pages.
Can Google find the listings? Search Google for site:theirdomain.com plus a street name. Listings that show up are indexable. See Are IDX listings indexable on WordPress?
Are sold or expired listings gone? Pick a listing. Look it up in your MLS. If it is closed in the MLS but still active on the site, that site is not updating. On MLS Import, the hourly auto update adds and changes listings and daily reconciliation clears the ones that left the market.
Does the search match the theme? On WpResidence, Houzez, RealHomes and WpEstate, the search, map and agent pages come from the theme itself. In standalone mode, MLS Import brings its own search, listing cards, listing pages, agent pages and archives, and they run on any theme.
Open the page source and search it. In Chrome, press Ctrl+U (Cmd+Option+U on a Mac). Then press Ctrl+F and search for two things:
A buyer who did this told us: "You were right, I checked the source https://mlsimport.com on the images, and it was exactly what you said."
wp-content/themes/ followed by a folder name. That folder name is the theme. You will see something like wpresidence, houzez, realhomes or wpestate.
mlsimport. On a site that runs the plugin, you will often see it in file paths or photo addresses on a listing page.
Two more clues that need no page source:
Read the footer disclaimer on a listing page. Board rules make sites name the MLS there. That tells you which board feeds the site.
Right-click a listing photo and copy the image address. The address often names the MLS photo server. That is how we could still tell nirvanamiami.com pulls Miami MLS photos even after it left WordPress.
Ask us, then run the trial on your own site. Send us your MLS name and your theme through the contact form and ask for a live site on that board. The table above covers only three boards. MLS Import connects to more than 800 MLS markets across the United States and Canada, so most boards have no public example yet, even where clients run on them.
The trial beats any other agent's site anyway. You see your own feed, your own theme and your own hosting. No example built by someone else can show you that.
Check that your MLS is supported: Your MLS is not in the list and the MLS integration guides.
Using a theme that is not WpResidence, Houzez, RealHomes or WpEstate? Standalone mode runs on any WordPress theme. See the standalone demo at standalone.mlsimport.com.
Already on one of the three boards above? Read the board page first: Miami MLS, Austin Board of Realtors and ACTRIS, Stellar MLS, MiRealSource.
Use the 30-day free trial. It is the full product with no listing cap. Your card is taken at signup but not charged for 30 days. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel before the end date and you pay nothing. Do nothing and the plan starts, with no break in your feed.
What you need before the trial can show real listings:
Your own MLS feed access. You need an MLSImport account plus valid credentials from your board. Your broker often has to sign. See Requirements before you buy and Who needs to hold the credentials.
A WordPress site on WordPress 5.2 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, with 256M of PHP memory. See Hosting requirements.
Time for board approval. The plugin side takes about 15 minutes. The board side can take days or weeks. One fellow agent: "its been 2 weeks trying to get MLS access." If your MLS is still approving you when the 30 days run out, ask us for an extension. See MLS approval processes that take time.
Stellar MLS is a good example of the board side. You confirm you are a member, pick a data path, sign a three-party agreement, and get credentials. Stellar's base subscription is $550 for 2026, and Broker Data Services is $75 a year per broker. Those are Stellar's fees, not ours. Details on the Stellar MLS page.
One limit to know: a single import task stops at 10,000 listings. Bigger feeds use several tasks with different filters. See The free trial and what limits actually exist and How many listings can you import.
MLS Import costs $49 a month for one MLS, $99 a month for up to 3 MLS boards, and $199 a month for up to 7. Every plan has every feature. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Yearly billing saves about 15%.
you can ask for a refund within 14 days of a billing date. After 14 days a payment is not refundable. See the Refund Policy.
one click in your dashboard, any time. Imported listings stay in WordPress as normal posts. See Cancelling MLSImport.
30% off for licensed non-profits and educational housing programs. Volume pricing starts at 5 sites on one account.
Yes, on WpResidence and in standalone mode. Both demos pull real listings from Stellar MLS in Florida. The Houzez and RealHomes demos use sample listings from a test source, so they show the layout, not a full feed. All five demos are listed on Real Estate Themes that work with MLS Import.
Not on this page yet. The two Houzez sites we have written up (wyserhomes.com and miamirealty.site) are on Miami Realtors MLS. The Stellar site we have written up (roiave.com) is on WpResidence. The Houzez demo at houzez.mlsimport.com shows the layout with sample data. Ask us through the contact form and we will look for a current client on that mix.
No. Each site shows that owner's own design work. Your theme settings decide the look. MLS Import brings in the listings and keeps them updated. On the four supported themes, the theme draws the pages. In standalone mode, you style the cards and pages in Design Settings.
Yes, they can. Your board rules and your data agreement decide what you may show, such as sold prices, days on market or agent names. Two agents on the same board can have different permissions. See MLS display rules and The listings you are not allowed to show.
Yes, your own site is the demo. The free trial runs the full product for 30 days on your site with your feed. You need your board's credentials first. If the board is slow, ask us for an extension. See The free trial and what limits actually exist.
The showcase page was last updated on August 8, 2026, and we re-checked every site in October 2026 (results above). We cannot see inside a client's WordPress, so a site can change after we check. Do the two-minute page source check before you decide.
We do not publish client lead numbers, and you should be careful of any vendor who does. What we can show you is the setup: the MakeAustinHome story walks through the seven steps that put over 10,000 Austin listings on an agent's own domain. Read the MakeAustinHome story.
Got a live site of your own on MLS Import? Tell us your MLS and theme through the contact form. We will add it to the list, and fellow agents on your board will thank you. The first reply to any success story is always the same: "Would you mind sharing your website that you've created."
