A small team, one site, and listings that route to the right person without anyone forwarding an email.
Built around who owns what
A team site lives or dies on attribution. MLSimport keeps agent identity attached to the listing all the way through, so the right name is on the page and the right inbox gets the enquiry.
- Import by agent or office MLS ID. Include your team’s listings, exclude everyone else’s, or run both: your listings featured, the wider market as search.
- Author assignment per task. Each import task assigns its listings to a chosen WordPress author, so editing rights and bylines line up with reality.
- Agent profiles and a browsable archive. Each agent gets a page, and each page lists their inventory.
- Automatic lead routing. Contact, sidebar and Schedule-a-Tour forms all reach the agent attached to the listing, through one pipeline.
Shared, reusable setup
Import tasks are saved objects, not one-off runs. Set up “our listings”, “downtown condos under 500k” and “new construction” once, and everybody on the team is looking at the same rules. Change a filter and the next hourly sync applies it.
Nobody has to babysit it
Hourly sync pulls what changed, daily reconciliation removes what left the MLS, and the activity log shows exactly what happened and which task did it. If the cron stalls or a connection starts failing, the daily health heartbeat flags it.
