The plan does not change
There is no separate enterprise tier with the good features locked inside it. Every account gets every feature: all 800+ markets, all nine provider connectors, all 400+ mappable fields, hourly sync, daily reconciliation, the activity log, standalone mode, and the agent and office enrichment add-on. What changes at scale is the commercial arrangement and the amount of help you get, not the software.
Running many sites
Volume discounts start at five sites on one account. Licences are per site, and each site keeps its own credentials, its own import tasks and its own field mapping, so an office in one market cannot break an office in another. Tell us how many you are running and we will set the account up.
Running many markets
Over 800 RESO certified boards across the US and Canada are supported today, each provider platform through a dedicated connector rather than one generic adapter. If a board you need is not on the list, tell us: we add missing boards inside two business days, at no extra cost. Check the current list first.
Operations
- Activity log. Every add, update and delete recorded with title, ID, ListingKey, URL and source task. Searchable, filterable, and the thing you will actually use when a client asks what happened.
- Daily health heartbeat. Flags a stalled cron or a failing connection. It reports on the connection only, never on your visitors.
- Memory-safe imports. Batched and paginated, with modification timestamps skipping unchanged records, so large feeds run on modest hosting.
- Real cron. WP-Cron by default, with a URL trigger if you run scheduling yourself.
- Housekeeping. One-click cache clearing, bulk cleanup by taxonomy term, field-data reset, and search reindex.
