The plan does not change
There is no separate enterprise tier with the good features locked inside it. Every account gets every feature: all 800+ markets, all nine provider connectors, all 400+ mappable fields, hourly sync, daily reconciliation, the activity log, standalone mode, and the agent and office enrichment add-on. What changes at scale is the commercial arrangement and the amount of help you get, not the software.
Running many sites
Planning a main brokerage site plus a luxury or neighborhood site? Check what each separate website needs so you can count the subscriptions and board approvals before you build.
Volume discounts start at five sites on one account. Licences are per site, and each site keeps its own credentials, its own import tasks and its own field mapping, so an office in one market cannot break an office in another. Tell us how many you are running and we will set the account up.
Running many markets
Need more than one board on the same site? One site can hold up to seven MLS connections, all in one search. Here’s how to connect two MLS boards to one website.
Over 800 RESO certified boards across the US and Canada are supported today, each provider platform through a dedicated connector rather than one generic adapter. If a board you need is not on the list, tell us: we add missing boards inside two business days, at no extra cost. Check the current list first.
Operations
- Activity log. Every add, update and delete recorded with title, ID, ListingKey, URL and source task. Searchable, filterable, and the thing you will actually use when a client asks what happened.
- Daily health heartbeat. Flags a stalled cron or a failing connection. It reports on the connection only, never on your visitors.
- Memory-safe imports. Batched and paginated, with modification timestamps skipping unchanged records, so large feeds run on modest hosting.
- Real cron. WP-Cron by default, with a URL trigger if you run scheduling yourself.
- Housekeeping. One-click cache clearing, bulk cleanup by taxonomy term, field-data reset, and search reindex.

Frequently asked questions about volume pricing
How much is the volume discount?
We don’t print one percentage. Tell us how many sites you run and which MLS boards each one needs, and we reply by email with the per-site price. Ask for the full monthly bill and the yearly price in the same email.
Does a WordPress multisite network count as one site?
No. Each site in the network that shows listings needs its own subscription, and each one counts toward the five. Multisite saves you hosting, not subscriptions.
Does the discount lower our MLS board’s fees?
No. Your board bills its own feed fee, and some boards charge for each website. Ask your board whether a separate domain or subdomain counts as another website, and budget that per site. See what an IDX setup actually costs.
Can we show two or three boards on one site instead of building more sites?
Yes. One site holds up to seven MLS connections in one search, on the 3 MLS plan ($99 a month) or the 7 MLS plan ($199 a month). Each board still has to approve your feed.
We are a web agency building sites for realtor clients. Do those count?
Yes, when the client sites are on your one account. Each client site still needs its own subscription, and each client gets the MLS feed in their own name, because the MLS issues credentials to the member. You enter them on the client’s site. On a REALTOR.ca DDF site, the realtor turns on the feed in CREA’s DDF Dashboard and types the Client ID and Client Secret into the site themselves.
