The Team Directory block shows your agent profiles as a grid of cards, each linking to that agent’s page. It is the meet the team section of an agency site.
It lists the agent profiles you created. It does not list the agents named in your MLS feed, because those are values on a listing rather than profiles with a page of their own.
Before you start
Create your agents under Real Estate Agents, each with a name, a featured image for the photo, and the profile details you want public. An empty directory means there are no agent posts yet, not that the block is broken.
What you can set
Specific agents picks exactly who appears. Left empty every published agent is shown.
How many caps the list, defaulting to 8. Set it to 0 for no cap.
Verified agents only narrows the grid to agents you marked as verified. Order offers Verified first, which is the default and puts verified agents ahead of the rest with each group alphabetical, or a plain alphabetical sort in either direction.
Show job title and Show office name control the two lines under the name, both on by default. Items per row runs 2 to 6 with 4 as the default, and Gap and Border radius handle the spacing and corners.
The verified flag
Open an agent, find Verified agent in the agent details, and tick it. That single flag does three things: it shows a Verified Agent badge on the agent’s page and next to their listings, it drives the Verified agents only filter here, and it powers the verified first sort.
Use the verified flag as your active roster switch. Leaving a departed agent unverified keeps their page and their listing history intact while dropping them out of the directory, which is cleaner than deleting the profile and breaking every link to it.

In the block editor, add Team Directory from the MLSImport group. The agent picker and the layout options are in the sidebar inspector.
In Elementor, drag Team Directory from MLSImport Widgets. The Style tab gives separate typography and colour control over the name, the job title and the office line.
If it does not work
- The grid is empty. There are no published agent posts, or Verified agents only is on and nobody is ticked.
- Cards have no photo. The agent post has no featured image. That is where the photo comes from.
- An agent’s page lists no properties. No import task points at that agent. Open the task and set Select Agent, then run it again, because the link is made when a property is created.
- The job title line is missing on one card. That field is empty on the profile. An empty field is left out rather than shown blank.
Frequently asked questions
Why are the agents from my MLS feed not listed?
Because the import never creates agent profiles. A listing can display its MLS listing agent’s name for compliance, but that is data on the property, not a person with a page. Profiles are yours to create.
How many agents can I list?
As many as you have. Set How many to 0 to remove the cap, which is the right setting for a dedicated team page.
Can I show one office’s agents only?
Use Specific agents and pick them. There is no filter by office name, since a directory is usually short enough to pick by hand.
What appears on an agent’s own page?
A hero with their photo and teaser, a contact rail, and the sections you enabled in the design settings: About, Listings and Credentials, in the order you arranged.
