MLS Listings for 13 Parishes
Bring the MLS listings of 13 parishes around Monroe to your own domain. MLS Import updates the listings every hour and works with any WordPress theme.
The Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS is a member group based in Monroe, Louisiana. It manages the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for 13 parishes. The group aims "to assist its members in the business of real estate." It promotes ethical practices and supports property rights.
With "more than 700 members strong," joining also means membership in Louisiana REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). One membership covers all three organisations.
The public can access the site, which features member listings, REALTOR details, and information on why to use a REALTOR. The MLS is exclusively for members, supported by a dedicated MLS Committee. This committee provides a robust MLS platform for collaboration among brokers.
The group uses several names. It refers to itself as Northeast REALTORS® of Louisiana (NER). The RESO registry also uses this name. However, the site’s titles and footer still display Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS®. The legal name is consistent in IRS data. The term NELAR also appears, notably in the web address nelarealtors.com.
The area stretches "from the rolling hills of north-central Louisiana to the Delta." On the east, its farmland meets the Mississippi River.
This region has "more than any other REALTOR® association in Louisiana."
Filter by city, ZIP code, property type, status, or price range. You can also select only your listings or your office. The agent and office filters work if the feed includes those IDs.
If the MLS provides map points for a listing, MLS Import can include them. These properties can appear as pins on OpenStreetMap maps in compatible themes.
Louisiana has several MLSs. Each covers different areas, so choose the feed for your parishes.
Coverage 13 parishes around Monroe
Details It has its own MLS record in the RESO registry (ID M00000303). Bridge Interactive provides its feed.
Coverage 41 parishes in its rules
Details None of the 13 northeast parishes are included. ROAM plans a new statewide MLS called Flex, launching in Q4 2026 (ROAM MLS).
Coverage Shreveport
Details This is a separate group with its own MLS. It is "NTREIS's only Louisiana shareholder." NTREIS is a Texas MLS.
Coverage Claims to cover "the entire state of Louisiana and surrounding areas"
Details It operates as its own MLS.
The association's public pages do not list data sharing with these MLSs. Need homes in Shreveport or Baton Rouge? Contact that MLS for its feed. Check our Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS page for details.
As of October 12, 2026, "Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS via Bridge" requires a token for access. Three other Louisiana MLSs connect through Trestle, a data gateway. You can request access for Northwest Louisiana, Greater Central Louisiana, and Southwest Louisiana. ROAM MLS isn't listed but can be requested too.
RESO sets the standard for MLS data. The Northeast Louisiana MLS has a RESO Web API. It includes Web API Core 2.0.0 and Data Dictionary 1.7 as Certified Current. Bridge Interactive provides the feed.
To access the feed, you need a bearer token. This acts like a key. Show the key, and the feed sends the data. That's why MLS Import only needs your Bridge access token.
A RESO certificate shows the feed has passed tests but does not grant access. The MLS decides who gets the data.
RESO's 2022 test report lists four data sets: Property, Member, Office, and OpenHouse. It has 175 IDX fields, and Bridge adds a timestamp to each record.
The MLS adds local fields too, starting with NELAR_.
MLS Import turns each listing into a WordPress post on your domain. It checks for updates every hour and works with any theme. WpResidence, WpEstate, Houzez, and Real Homes offer deeper integration, but they're not required.
Members enjoy more than just listings:
1. Dotloop for forms and e-signing.
2. REALTORS Property Resource (RPR) integration.
3. BrokerBay for booking showings.
4. SUPRA lockbox system available for members.
5. Forewarn safety app for phones.
The association doesn’t specify its MLS platform. Ask the MLS Director if you need details.
Why does this matter for your site?
None of the four RESO data sets include forms, showings, or lockboxes. Your site displays the listings.
MLS Import needs one thing for this MLS: a Bridge access token. The MLS decides who gets one.
Approval comes first. You need the MLS to say yes before you start. MLS Import doesn't replace that step. It only uses the token the MLS gives you. The association's public pages show no timing, cost or forms, so ask the MLS Director.
The association's staff page lists 318-387-6800 ext. 2 and [email protected]. Ask who may request RESO Web API access through Bridge for MLS Import. Ask what must be signed.
Bridge's 2019 guide says each MLS decides who gets data. You may need more licenses ("Get started with the Bridge API in 4 easy steps," hosted by MIAMI REALTORS). If NELAR sends one, sign it.
When the MLS says yes, copy your Bridge access token. Keep it safe, like a password.
Choose "Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS via Bridge." The entry has one field, for the token. Paste it, save, then run your first import.
The association's public pages don't show some facts. Ask the MLS Director these five questions.
Find the MLS Director's phone and email in the contact details below.
Can my broker ask for Bridge access for MLS Import? Do you give test data first?
What must I follow to show listings on my own site? Please send the IDX rules and the credit line I must use.
What do the association and the MLS charge me, by role? How often do you bill?
Which MLS system do members use? Is there a sign-in link for it?
Several of NAR's 18 policy changes deal with association membership and MLS participation. They start in January 2026 (NAR). Did NELAR adopt them? Does that change who can get data?
1. Membership includes Louisiana REALTORS® and NAR (Thirteen Parishes).
2. The member site lists four types: REALTOR, REALTOR office, affiliate, and appraiser-REALTOR (member site, appraisers). The page does not specify rules for each type.
3. MLS access is a member benefit (Member Benefits).
The association's public pages do not list these rules:
1. How to apply.
2. Who can access MLS-only.
3. Can out-of-area appraisers or brokers join the MLS?
4. Who can request a data feed?
MLS Import is billed by us, separate from any association or MLS fee. Here’s the public information.
The association's public pages do not show MLS rules. However, live listings display a credit line. In 2026, a Monroe listing page on a broker's site included this text:
"The information provided by Northeast Louisiana Board Of REALTORS® MLS is for personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any other purpose. The information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. © 2026 Northeast Louisiana Board Of REALTORS® MLS All rights reserved."
The page also showed the source tag "LA NEBOR." The MLS name in the credit line states "Board," not "Association."
Use the MLS's own text. This is one broker's line, not the MLS rule. Ask the MLS Director for the exact text (question 2). MLS Import can display the fields required by the MLS, including broker, agent, office, attribution, and disclaimer fields.
It uses its own MLS. The association in Monroe runs it for 13 parishes. RESO lists it as M00000303 (RESO registry). The association's public pages show no name for its MLS platform. Bridge Interactive serves the feed. MLS Import connects to it with a Bridge access token.
Listing credit lines read "Northeast Louisiana Board Of REALTORS® Mls." The source tag reads "LA NEBOR." The association calls itself Northeast REALTORS® of Louisiana. Its footer still says Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS®. In MLS Import, pick "Northeast Louisiana Association of REALTORS via Bridge."
Yes. RESO lists Web API Core 2.0.0 and Data Dictionary 1.7 as Certified Current (RESO). Bridge Interactive serves the feed. It lets you in with a token. MLS Import uses that token to bring in the listings.
Start with the MLS Director. The association's staff page lists 318-387-6800 ext. 2 and [email protected]. Ask who may request RESO Web API access through Bridge for MLS Import, and what to sign. Bridge's 2019 guide says each MLS decides who gets data. Then copy the token. See the steps.
MLS Import is $49 per month after a 30-day free trial. No MLS or IDX fee is shown on the association's site, so ask the MLS Director. NAR dues for 2027 are $156 for active REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members, plus a $45 special fee. Both are billed through the member's primary local association (NAR).
Not as far as the public pages show. This MLS covers 13 parishes around Monroe. Shreveport's association and ROAM run their own MLSs, and the association's public pages list no data share with them. So ask each MLS for its own feed. MLS Import can link more than one MLS to a site (see the two-MLS answer below).
Yes. MLS Import works with any theme. WpResidence, WpEstate, Houzez and Real Homes connect deeper, but you don't need them. Listings become real WordPress posts on your own domain. They update every hour.
Yes. Our 7.2 release post says MLS Import 7.2 came out on September 10, 2026. It can hold more than one MLS link in import mode. How many depends on your plan. Each MLS still needs its own approval and its own token.
Ask the MLS Director who can request the feed that MLS Import uses.
