MLSImport is offered as a subscription-based service.

All payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe.com. Stripe securely stores the payment method used when the subscription is started and processes the subscription payment after the free trial ends, unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period expires.

30-Day Free Trial

MLSImport includes a 30-day free trial when a new subscription is started.

No fee is charged at the beginning of the trial. A credit card is required only to activate the trial and to allow Stripe to process the subscription payment after the 30-day trial ends.

If you do not want to continue with the subscription, you can cancel it anytime before the free trial ends. If the subscription is cancelled before the end of the trial period, no subscription fee will be charged.

An email reminder is sent before the free trial ends, so users have time to cancel the subscription if they do not wish to continue.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your MLSImport subscription anytime from your user account at: https://mlsimport.com/my-account/

After logging in, please go to your account dashboard. Access Subscriptions menu on the left.  Use the Cancel Subscription button to cancel your active subscription.

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription payment to be processed.

Refund Period After Billing

After the subscription payment is processed, refund requests can be submitted within 14 days from the billing date and time.

If more than 14 days have passed since the billing date/time, the payment is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.com and returned to the original payment method used for the subscription payment.

After the refund is issued, the time needed for the funds to appear in your account depends on Stripe, your card issuer, and your bank.
