Put Doorify MLS listings on your WordPress site. They appear as real pages on your domain. Any WordPress theme works.
You need your own Doorify subscription. A Broker Data Feed provides your office's listings. For other brokers' listings, use an IDX route.
Licensed agents and brokers who are REALTORS.
Doorify states: "Starting October 1, 2025, Doorify MLS expands its subscriptions." Licensed pros and appraisers, who are not REALTORS, can join. (MLS-Only FAQ)
Licensed home inspectors and admin helpers can join. Unlicensed admins under a Broker in Charge can also join.
You need a license. Doorify receives a daily list of licensees from the NC Real Estate Commission. It also takes licenses from other states and appraisal boards. (Town Hall Q&A)
Your subscription type depends on your Broker-in-Charge's REALTOR status. If your BIC is a REALTOR, all licensees in that office join as REALTORS.
The BIC is essential for your website. Your office gets IDX automatically. The BIC requests a direct IDX feed and shares the office's Broker Data Feed. Talk to your BIC first. Note: a licensee on a waiver can't have an IDX site as a subscriber (Rules 17.16).
Apply at doorifymls.com/join. REALTORS need their NRDS number. Some can ask for a waiver, covering property managers who don't list or sell homes and those who only handle commercial deals.
Doorify MLS replaces Triangle MLS. It serves 16 counties in North Carolina and over 14,500 real estate professionals. Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill are core areas.
The name change occurred on September 10, 2024. Doorify announced it on September 3, 2024. This switch reflects its growth beyond the Triangle region.
Legal Details:
Doorify charges a flat fee per role, billed quarterly. Payments go directly to Doorify, separate from MLS Import. Association dues are additional.
Bills are sent about a month before they are due. 2026 due dates: Jan 6, Apr 6, Jul 6, and Oct 5. The last two dates may change.
Sign in at my.doorifymls.com. Go to View Account, then Billing, and select My Invoices. Click Pay. You can also set up autopay.
If you pay late, Doorify suspends your service and adds a $100 fee. No refunds are given, except for prepaid quarterly fees.
Doorify serves 16 counties in North Carolina, including Alamance, Durham, and Wake.
Doorify uses its own back end called the Listing Manager, built by FBS. Agents add and edit listings there since November 29, 2023.
RESO establishes data rules for most MLSs. Doorify MLS is certified for Data Dictionary 2.0 and Web API Core 2.0. It moved from Data Dictionary 1.7 in April 2025.
Doorify partnered with Modern.tech to develop its API, aiming for RESO format compatibility. It strives to be the first MLS with in-house technology certified on both standards.
On May 28, 2025, Doorify collaborated with SourceRE to enhance license management for large firms.
MLS Choice started on Nov 29, 2023, says Doorify's MLS Choice FAQ. Since then, each subscriber picks the screen they work in. All three sit on one shared back end.
Made by ICE. It was the main system before Nov 2023.
Made by FBS. FBS also built Doorify's Listing Manager.
Made by Cotality. Alamance MLS used it before the merger.
A second or third screen costs extra: $78 per quarter each (see the fees above).
For a website, the screen you pick is where you enter and edit listings. It does not change the data behind them. The back-end data is the same for all three screens (RESO case study). An agent on Matrix and an agent on Flexmls work on the same records. Your import reads from that shared data.
These steps set up a Broker Data Feed. It holds only your own office's listings. For other brokers' listings, see the IDX routes below.
Your office's Broker in Charge shares the feed from the Bridge Interactive dashboard. RESO's registry lists a Bridge Web API Core 2.0.0 report for Doorify data, from June 2022. Then you connect MLS Import.
Check who can act. The Broker in Charge (BIC) of your office asks for the feed. The BIC also shares it.
Ask Doorify for a Broker Data Feed. Call 919-654-5419, option 3. Or email [email protected]. You sign a short contract. Doorify calls its terms "nominal."
Sign in to the Bridge dashboard (Doorify's sharing guide). Open the "Share Data" tab. Click the blue "Share Data Access" button.
Fill in all the fields. Pick the dataset to share. Click "Setup Vendor."
Check the status in the "Share Data" tab. The vendor shows up there once the data is shared.
In MLS Import, pick "Triangle Multiple Listing Services via Bridge." This entry is Doorify MLS under its old name. It asks for one thing. Paste the access token you get for the feed.
MLS Import syncs the listings every hour. They become real pages on your own domain.
You stay in control. In the same tab, you can change the datasets. Or click "Revoke Data Access" to end the share.
A Broker Data Feed holds your own office's listings. It has every status and every field. It brings media, open houses and tours. Doorify does not charge for it (Broker Data Feed).
Doorify works with more than one data platform. So call the data team before you build. Ask which feed covers your site and your plugin.
IDX lets your site show other brokers' listings. Doorify gives four ways to do it. Offices are signed up for IDX on their own (Can I opt in to IDX?).
Who starts it: The BIC or an agent
Cost: Free
A link from Doorify. No vendor. No setup. It is not a WordPress import. You can't share the link. It ends when you leave the firm (Rules 17.13).
Who starts it: The office calls the vendor
Cost: Doorify bills vendors by client count (see fees)
The vendor is on Doorify's list.
Who starts it: The vendor signs up with Doorify and asks for a feed option
Cost: Doorify bills vendors by client count (see fees)
The vendor must finish sign-up first.
Who starts it: The BIC
Cost: Not published
Raw MLS data to your firm. Doorify calls it "technically complex." You will likely need a developer. One request covers the whole office.
Doorify wants to know where IDX data will show. Tell Doorify before your site goes live, or on launch day. You must list "the exact location" of the data. That means your domain name. It also means the web address of each search page (Rules 17.19).
If a third party builds your display, you need a written deal with them. You also fill in the MLS online sign-up (Rules 17.18). Doorify does not post the form or a fee. Ask the data team for both.
Doorify keeps a list of registered vendors. MLS Import is not on it. We checked in Oct 2026. Doorify last edited the list in Nov 2024. Doorify says it does not recommend any vendor on it.
Doorify's rule for a vendor not on the list is clear. It "must first complete the DMLS registration process before IDX access can be provided." Your BIC can also ask for a direct feed (route 4). The Broker Data Feed above is a separate thing. It is free, and it holds only your own listings.
Here is your next step. Tell the data team your site address. Tell them you use MLS Import. Ask which route covers you. Call 919-654-5419, option 3. Or email [email protected].
These rules come from Doorify's Rules and Regulations, updated 13 July 2026. You can view them here.
Register before launch or on launch day. Follow the steps in "Register your site" in the IDX routes section (17.19).
Rule 17.15 states, "An IDX Participant must update the IDX information no less frequently than every 12 hours." Include the date of the last update. MLS Import syncs every hour, well within the limit.
Active, Coming Soon, Pending, and Active Under Contract listings must display certain details. Include the listing office name, its email or phone, the listing number, status, and the IDX icon.
Closed listings must show the listing number, status, sold price, sold date, and the IDX icon (17.3, 17.8).
Each page with listings must include Doorify's notice (17.10): "Information Not Guaranteed." Also, add: "Listings marked with an icon are courtesy of Doorify MLS, Inc. of North Carolina, Internet Data Exchange Database."
For sold listings, add this notice: "Closed (sold) listings may have been listed and/or sold by a real estate firm other than the featured firm(s) on this website." You can find the full text in the rules.
Add a copyright line: "Copyright 20XX Doorify MLS, Inc. of North Carolina. All rights reserved." You can use the © sign; "(c)" is not allowed (12.4). Vendors can ask Doorify how to use each field.
Required items must be easy to read. Their text can't be smaller than the median size for listing data on the page. A grid may show text about the home, a photo, links to details, and Doorify's icon.
A map pop-up can skip required items, but they must show when clicked or elsewhere on the page (17.8).
If your site shows only some listings, like from one town, add this notice: "Some IDX listings have been excluded from this IDX display." Or explain how you selected them (17.5). A filtered import needs this line.
One firm must control the IDX display. The firm’s full name goes at the top of the page (17.12). Don’t include your branding or contact details in the listing body (17.8). That space belongs to the listing.
Some sellers opt out of the web. Skip those listings. Check three flags: Internet, Address Display, and AVM (Broker Data Feed). If a seller asks, turn off comments and value tools on that listing (17.6).
If a problem is found, Doorify sends written notice. You have 5 business days to fix it. If the issue remains, Doorify may suspend the feed. After 10 business days, it may end the feed. A new start requires new sign-up and setup fees (17.21).
Before going live, ensure your site shows the IDX icon, disclaimers, and the last update date.
For photo rules, ask the data team.
Search engines may index IDX pages (17.17). Your real pages can appear in search results.
Yes. It is the same MLS with a new name as of Sept 10, 2024, according to Doorify's FAQ. It covers the same 16 North Carolina counties.
The Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS still owns it. MLS Import lists it under its old name in the MLS picker.
Yes, once Doorify gives your site a feed route. You need your own Doorify subscription. Your Broker in Charge shares the feed.
MLS Import works with any WordPress theme. It syncs every hour. Listings become real pages on your domain. Ask Doorify's data team which IDX route covers your site.
Your Broker in Charge asks Doorify's data team. Call 919-654-5419, option 3, or email [email protected].
Then the BIC shares the feed from the Bridge dashboard, under Share Data. Lastly, paste the access token from the feed into MLS Import.
A Broker Data Feed has no Doorify fee. For vendors, Doorify's 2026 notice lists tiers by client count: $150, $500, and $1,500 per month.
Ask Doorify's data team if a tier applies to your feed. MLS Import is a separate bill at $49 a month.
Not when we checked in Oct 2026. Doorify says a vendor not on the list must register first.
Call the data team at 919-654-5419, option 3. Provide your site address and mention you use MLS Import. Ask which route covers you.
No. Since Oct 1, 2025, licensed pros who are not REALTORS can join, per Doorify's MLS-Only FAQ.
Your Broker in Charge's status sets your type. If your BIC is a REALTOR, you join as one too.
At least every 12 hours. Your site must also show the date of the last update. That is Doorify's Rule 17.15. MLS Import syncs every hour, so it stays well inside the limit.
A REALTOR subscriber pays $201 per quarter. An MLS-only subscriber pays $268 plus a $35 service fee per quarter. Doorify bills four times a year.
Association dues are extra. MLS Import is a separate bill: $49 a month after a 30-day free trial.
Yes. IDX data includes Closed listings from Jan 1, 2012, for property types Doorify approves. Your site must show the listing number, status, sold price, and sold date, along with the sold disclaimer.
MLS Import can import and keep sold listings where the MLS allows it. Check the details with Doorify.
Join Doorify MLS first. Then connect it with MLS Import.
