Meet Eligibility Requirements

Complete Application

When transferring from a different REALTOR® Association, it’s necessary to include a Letter of Good Standing along with your application.

STEP 1

To initiate the process, ensure your Agent’s license is in an ACTIVE status under the guidance of a Designated Idaho Broker. Within the first 30 days of affiliating with a REALTOR® firm, submit your application to the Association.

STEP 2

Proceed by filling out the application for CRR. An invoice corresponding to the application fee will be sent to your email. Your application’s processing will commence as soon as payment is received.

STEP 3

After successful processing, you will receive welcome emails from CRR and CDA MLS. These emails will include details about websites and login credentials. 

As part of the membership requirement, it is required to complete the New Member REALTOR® Orientation and the New Member Code of Ethics (within 60 days of joining CRR). Make sure also to check your spam and junk folders for these communications.

Furthermore, remember that completing the MLS 101 course is mandatory within 30 days of gaining access to the MLS. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of MLS operations.
