This package consists of 20 hours of work provided by one of our WordPress Experts. This hours package should be enough to create a professional-looking real estate website if you start working based on editable demos from these four themes: WpResidence (our suggestion), Houzez, Real Homes, or WpEstate.

What is included in this package

  • Upload your logo, change the site colors to match your brand, replace images from demos, replace placeholders text, etc
  • Change the look of your site using the elements provided by the chosen theme – For example, replacing and adjusting one block of content with another, getting one block of content from one demo and importing it into another demo, mixing and matching various predefined demos or all ready-made templates.
  • Creation of pages like “About us,” “Contact”, and “Services” using predefined demos
  • 3rd party integration of different APIs or social accounts – if the theme support those
  • Doing CSS coding
  • Minor code adjustments that can be done via child theme

What is NOT included in this package

  • Creation of new functionality – building new functionality via code is NOT included in this package. If you want a new feature, please open a ticket with the details and explanations. Also, please expect the price per hour for creating custom functionality to start at $70 per hour.
  • Hosting or Server setup & maintenance
  • Design Work – we will NOT create new graphics or other content blocks. However, we can replicate templates or different site appearances if you provide an example.
  • Write content or search for images to be used in the website – you must provide those.

 

How the work process works

  1. You will open a ticket with a new request. Example: On the home page, please add a new property slider with listings from these categories: Apartments, Houses, and Land.
  2. Our Expert will give you an estimation: In this case 1h
  3. You approve the estimation.
  4. The Expert completes the task and notifies you
  5. The ticket is closed. For a new job, you will need to open a new ticket.

Note: We work in 1h batches. If the task is simple and takes 30 minutes, we will still quote you one hour. Because of that, we recommend adding extra requirements so our Expert can work for at least one hour.
